Outpatient Intensive Teletherapy

Intensive Teletherapy
Intensive teletherapy is a form of therapy delivered online, typically via video conferencing, where sessions are conducted more frequently and for longer durations than traditional therapy. At Aurora Pacific Anxiety, we find this can be helpful for conditions like OCD or PTSD, involving multiple hours per week, such as 3-5 sessions to accelerate progress. It’s evidence-based and adapts techniques like CBT or ERP to a virtual format.
